I had a VERY NICE stay, with location to Kaudulla national park. Staff were very helpful and amazingly attentive, and I liked the owner. It had an absolutely perfect and magnificent setting near polonnaruwa, dambulla and sigiriya and post office, bus stop, bank, shops and laundry.

Made our stay REALLY NICE. The double room was spotless and well equipped with air conditioner, an individual safe, and an iron. Location was perfect and good, to Minnerya park and close to the train station. One of the dining options, Hasthi Hotel that was placed close to the apartment was worth exploring.

Upali and his wife were the kindest, loveliest hosts, making our stay absolutely mind-blowing. The spacious, clean room with a super comfy bed and excellent air conditioning provided a jaw-dropping level of comfort. The hot water and great shower pressure in the nice bathroom were an added bonus. The breakfast was simply amazing, and the dinners, cooked by Upali's wife, were absolutely delicious, leaving us in awe of the flavors. Their generosity went beyond meals as they even taught us how to make Dahl and coconut sambal. Upali's tuk-tuk service was exceptional, taking us to Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, and other must-see places in the area, all at a great price. The safari he arranged was beyond our wildest dreams, with over 100 elephants. The location, tucked away on a quiet road behind the Main Street, was perfect, and the guesthouse provided free wi-fi in public areas and free parking. We were truly amazed by the kindness, assistance, and hospitality of this lovely family. Without a doubt, we highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable time in Habarana! Thank you for everything!

The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided additional services as requested, such as transportation and organized safari trips. The meals at the guest house were absolutely delicious, with a menu for dinner selection and generous portions. The outside seating area was a great place to mingle with other guests and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Despite being a secluded spot, it was conveniently located near popular attractions.
The access road to the property was a bit bumpy, as is common in Sri Lanka. , due to its popularity, the guest house could get a bit noisy at night.
